"Just wanted to take a moment to pass along a real 'Atta Boy to Kevin and your folks. Received a call from Kevin this morning that the roof leaks can easily be seen as wear & tear in contrast to workmanship of the original installation. Apparently, there was a cigarette burn, a stone lodged in the membrane and various holes, probably caused by A/C mechanics doing service calls on the rooftop equipment.
